Sometimes it`s easier to be numb towards certain people so I don`t let them get too close. Sometimes I`m scared, but when I act numb towards you it doesn`t mean I don`t care..it means I care too much.

That it`s okay to cry, cause I lost something that I really cared about, something that I`m not too sure that I can ever get back, You. & even though I know you`re not crying over me, I still can`t let go. Cause I love you. I`m not sure how. But I do & it`s okay to cry.
The truth is we`re still young. We`ve got time to mess up,things to do that we`ll regret, hearts to break & mend, &parties we`ll never forget..cause right now, we`re just kids.We have fuck this up right.
"Blame yourself for all this,", "It happened cause you didn`t appreciate what you had." That wasn't true. I was smart enough to know what I had. But too dumb to know how to keep it.
You know you can rely on me, don`t you?If you have bad things going on at home, orschool, or whatever, I want you to feellike you can talk to me. Otherwise, if you can`ttrust me, what`s the point of our being together?

I know you`ve gotten over me.It`ll never be the way it used to be.
I want to be immune to what you`re saying cause you`re hurting me. I just want to sit here & hate you. I need to find a way to deal with my pain & anger. I wish I could make you disappear. You wanna know what my problem is? My lips say I hate you. But my heart whispers I still love you somehow..

Something tells me that whateverhappens with us, whether we staytogether or go our separate ways,neither one of us will ever forgetthe time we spent together.
I didn`t want to start caring about someone like you like that, & I know it`s too late to tell you that I even cared at all in the first place. But the thing that bothers me the most is that all of this could`ve been prevented if I had just said something or done something, & the only thing that doesn`t bother me is that I`ve learned a valuable lesson; you don`t really know what you got until it`s gone.
